Report from engineers reveals structural issues with condo building before deadly collapse

The search-and-rescue mission is continuing after the partial building collapse of the Champlain Towers in Surfside, Florida last week. Crews from Israel and Mexico are among those helping out local Florida rescuers as documents out now show a variety of problems with the building structure prior to the collapse.
