Amazon Prime Day is undoubtedly the main sales event this week, but it’s far from the only sale you can shop right now. The size and popularity of Prime Day has driven Amazon’s biggest competitors to launch their own competing sales at the same time, and Best Buy is always one of the biggest players in the anti-Prime Day space. Right on schedule, Best Buy has kicked off a major sale just ahead of Prime Day, called “The Bigger Deal” savings event–which feels like a playful jab at Walmart’s “Deals for Days” and Target’s “Deal Days” sales.
Best Buy’s The Bigger Deal savings event is a series of 24-hour flash deals that end at 10 PM PT / 1 AM ET each night through June 22. Monday’s main deals focus on “High-Tech” products, including MacBooks, the iPad Air, gaming laptops, monitors, PC gaming peripherals, and more.
We’ve rounded up the best flash deals in Best Buy’s The Bigger Deal savings event. Make sure to check back tomorrow for the final round of deals.
Best Buy has a great deal on a 13-inch MacBook Pro, dropping the price from $1,450 to $1,200. This particular MacBook Pro has an Intel Core i5 processor, 8GB of RAM, and a 512GB SSD.
You can save $80 on the latest generation iPad Air at both Best Buy and Amazon, which drops the price of the 64GB model to only $520. The 10.9-inch iPad Air features a gorgeous Retina display, a fast A14 Bionic chip, and up to 10 hours of battery life.
If you’re looking for an entry level gaming laptop that still performs pretty darn well, check out the Asus Rog Strix G15, which is on sale for $800 at Best Buy today only. The G15 is fitted with a 15.6-inch display that boasts an impressive 144Hz refresh rate. It has decent power under the hood as well, with an Intel Core i7 processor, 8GB of RAM, a GTX 1650 Ti graphics card, and a 512GB SSD.
Those in need of a second monitor (or simply a solid option for work or school) can pick up the Samsung T350 24-inch LED monitor for only $110. This IPS monitor includes FreeSync support and boasts a 4ms response time. While it wouldn’t be one of our picks for gaming, it’s still an all around solid monitor at a great price.
The Razer Battle Bundle is a ridiculous bargain. For $70, you get the DeathAdder V2 gaming mouse, BlackShark V2 X wired gaming headset, and the Gigantus V2 oversized mouse pad. The bundle normally goes for $150, so this is a fantastic deal featuring three stellar PC gaming peripherals.
